Instructor - skills training (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 747 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
