Instructor - skills training (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Beacon Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
