Instructor - skills training (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Summit Auto Group is a San Antonio company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 895 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections.
