Instructor - skills training (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Clear Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
