Instructor - skills training (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Oak Health is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
