Instructor - skills training (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
