Silverline Rook Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
