Instructor - skills training (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Sacramento, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
