Instructor - skills training (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Pine Early Learning runs childcare centres in Sacramento caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
