Instructor - skills training (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
