Instructor - skills training (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Richmond, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
