Instructor - skills training (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
