Instructor - skills training (Reno, NV)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Reno, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
