Instructor - skills training (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 731 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
