Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Mill Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
