Instructor - skills training (remote)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 978 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
