Instructor - skills training (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
