Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
