Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Iron Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
