Instructor - skills training (remote)

Silverline Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Honolulu with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
