Instructor - skills training (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
