Instructor - skills training (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oakland, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
