Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Beacon Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
