Instructor - skills training (remote)

Stonegate Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
