Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
