Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit Linden Care Services supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
