Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone Timber Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
