Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
