Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
