Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Madison with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
