Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone West Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
