Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
