Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Vista Medical Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
