Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark North Medical is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
