Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
