Instructor - skills training (remote)

Cedar Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
