Instructor - skills training (remote)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
