Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group is a Houston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
