Instructor - skills training (remote)

Greenridge River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
