Instructor - skills training (remote)

Ironwood Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Sacramento, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
