Instructor - skills training (remote)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Louisville region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
