Instructor - skills training (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
