Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
