Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
