Instructor - skills training (remote)

Greenridge Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
