Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
