Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Early Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
