Instructor - skills training (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services is an inspection company in Portland with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
