Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Orchard Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
