Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Auto Group is a Charleston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
